When a European competition authority needed to evaluate a proposed feature from one of the biggest names in ad tech, they were looking for more than just technical know-how. They needed clarity. Acting on behalf of the authority, a specialist legal team approached us to develop a testing methodology from scratch. The goal? To verify whether the feature did exactly what the vendor had committed to and achieve it in a way that both sides could stand behind.

  • It had to be approved by both the legal team and the vendor
